• Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (weekly change)

• Guests are allowed to pick seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden of the farmhouse (according to the availability of the moment)

The old barn, a building with brick pillars, it is now used as a place where guests can do recreational activities and get to know each other. It is provided with lights for evening time:

• Table football
• Table tennis

• Reading place under a shelter next to the reception
• Playground
• Wood stove and grill which are inside two old grain bin

Services not included in the Apartment rate

• Use of laundry room (washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron)
• Mountain bike rental at an affiliated dealer

Payment conditions

• 30% deposit at the booking by bank transfer
• 70% balance at the arrival time by cash or credit card.

Cancellation policy

An amount is due in case the booking is cancelled:

• 35% of the deposit is due in case the booking is cancelled from the 42nd to the 29th day before the arrival.
• Loss of the deposit in case the booking is cancelled from the 28th to the 7th day before the arrival.
